How Do You Shut Jim Harbaugh Up? You Beat The San Francisco 49ers In The NFC Championship Game

The Seattle Seahawks shut the mouth of Jim Harbaugh after defeating the San Francisco 49ers 23-17 in a hard fought defensive battle in Seattle. The 12th man played a part in helping the Seahawks come from behind to defeat the 49ers and earn a trip to Super Bowl.

Both teams fought to the end but in the end it was the Seattle defense that sealed the deal with an interception with less than 30 seconds to play.

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russel Wilson outplayed Colin Kaepernick of the San Francisco 49ers. Russel found a way to complete some big passes, one for a TD to get the Seahawks just enough points to win the game.

It was Marshawn Lynch running the ball for 109 yards and the great Seattle defense that was the difference today. The 49ers had a hard time scoring points against the best defense in the NFL.

If you're like me, you dislike Jim Harbaugh. You want him to shut his pie hole and keep quiet. You also dislike his sideline antics and reactions after every play that he thinks unfairly went against his team.

I got my wish tonight. Jim Harbaugh was very quiet during a post-game interview with Pam Oliver. He wasn't his cocky and annoying self. He seemed a little subdued didn't he? Where was your big fat mouth after the game Jim? Where was it?

Jim Harbaugh can be annoying as I mentioned before. I know it's a way to get his troops going and motivated them and it works most of the time. For football fans that can't stand seeing him in action, today's loss to the Seahawks was a fitting end to the season.

It has to be devastating for Harbaugh to come so close to getting back to the Super Bowl and losing a close game. He now has the offseason to ponder what could have been and how to get back to the Super Bowl next year.
