Article by Sportmentary (Editor in Chief)

It's that time again when Sportmentary takes a crack at predicting the outcome of the 2013 NFL season. I'm sure that you're as excited as we are that the season kicks off tonight with the Baltimore Ravens visiting the Denver Broncos. This year is sure to be an exciting one. We're going sit back and enjoy the ride.

AFC East - One of the weakest divisions in the NFL.
1. New England Patriots (11-5) - They are the only decent team in the East and will get about 5-6 wins in the division alone.

2. Mimi Dolphins (9-7) - Get second place by default. The other two teams are putrid/

3. Buffalo Bills (8-8) - Actually second and third spots are a toss-up between two mediocre teams.

4. New York Jets (5-11) - They're so bad that they would finish 4th in most divisions.

AFC North - Always a competitive division and will prove to be again in 2013.
1. Cincinnati Bengals (10-6) - Will impress and surprise many NFL fans (Finally).

2. Baltimore Ravens (10-6) - Will be a decent team but will not be able to repeat as AFC North or AFC Champions.

3. Pittsburgh Steelers (7-9)- Will be a huge disappointment to their fans.

4. Cleveland Browns (4-12) - No surprise here. They always suck.

AFC South - There will be tough battle to win this division by the top two teams.
1. Houston Texans (10-6) - They are the most talented team in the division.

2. Indianapolis Colts (9-7) - Luck will have the sophomore blues in 2013.

3. Tennessee Titans (8-8) - The team still needs a couple more years' development to be competitive.

4. Jacksonville Jaguars (3-13) - They make the Jets look like an NFL team.

AFC West - This is the weakest division in the AFC.
1. Denver Broncos (12-4) - Will run away with this division.

2. Kansas City Chiefs (9-7) - They will be an improvement over last year's squad due to Andy Reid taking on the Head Coaching position.

3. San Diego Chargers (7-9) - This is a mediocre team and they will continue to make inexcusable errors on the field.

4. Oakland Raiders (2-14) - This team is a joke and are the worst team in the NFL.

AFC wildcard teams: Indianapolis Colts and Baltimore Ravens
AFC Champions: Denver Broncos over New England Patriots

NFC East - Once again there will be a battle of so so teams fighting for the division title.
1. Washington Redskins (10-6) - I don't see any other team in this division having much of a shot at the winning the division.

2. New York Giants (9-7) - Will be the other New York disappointment.

3. Philadelphia Eagles (8-8) - Vick will be better this season but it won't be enough.

4. Dallas Cowboys (7-9) - Romo will fail miserably under the pressure making Jones investment in him a terrible one.

NFC North - This is the weakest division in the NFC.
1. Green Bay Packers (11-5) - No other team can compete against them.

2). Detroit Lions (9-7) - So they did better than last year. Who cares?

3. Chicago Bears (8-8) - Cutler will be terrible this year and 2013 will be his last in the Windy City.

4. Minnesota Vikings (7-9) - Ugh! Adrian Peterson's 1,800 yards in 2013 will be the lone bright spot on the team. Ponder will be done in Minnesota by the 5th game of the season.

NFC South - This is a tough division to win.
1. Atlanta Falcons (12-4) - It won't be easy but the Falcons will win the South.

2. New Orleans Saints (11-5) - Sean Payton's return this season is huge and Saints fans will be rewarded with a playoff birth.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-7) - Tampa Bay will be an improved squad but the top two teams are just too good.

4. Carolina Panthers - Cam Newton will show improved leadership on and off the field but his team will end up in last place in the South.

NFC West - This is the most talented division in the NFL. It's also the most competitive.
1. Seattle Seahawks (13-3) - I'm a Wilson fab and he will impress the NFL again. The Seahawks will be the best team in the NFL.

2. San Francisco 49ers (11-5) - The Seahawks are just too good a team for the 49ers to beat out for the division title.

3. St. Louis Rams (10-6) - This will be a good year for the Rams. This team will have made great strides and will be competitive in every game.

4. Arizona Cardinals (8-8) - While the Cardinals will round out the NFC West, they will be competitive and will prevent the West from having a team with a losing season!

NFC wildcard teams: New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers.
NFC Champions: Seattle over Atlanta Falcons.

Super Bowl
The Denver Broncos will suit up against the Seattle Seahawks in one of the greatest Super Bowls ever. It will be close affair and an exciting affair that will go down to the wire.

Denver wins 37-34 on a game winning field goal. Manning will show why he is the greatest quarterback in the game as he displays his magic with a game winning drive that sets up the game winning field goal.
