Cleveland Browns Hire Rob Who?

Article written by Sportmenary - Editor in Chief Sportmentary Online Sports Talk
The Cleveland Browns have hired Rob Who? The new head coach of the Browns is Rob Chudzinski. You've got to be kidding me? Chudzinski was the Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator and that was pretty offensive. For a team that has been as pathetic as the Cleveland Browns, you'd think that they would go after a well-known and proven head coach.

Let's look at Mr. Chidzinski's numbers. We'll look at how the Carolina Panthers offense was ranked in 2012:
Points - Ranked 19th in the NFL.
Yards - Ranked 12th in the NFL.
Pass Yards - ranked 16th in the NFL.
Rush Yards - Ranked 9th in the NFL.

Is this the best the Browns could do? This has to be one of the most underwhelming hires in the past couple of years. If I were a Browns fan this hire wouldn't provide me with any confidence that the Browns are doing what they need to improve their team.

ESPN.com is reporting that Chudzinski will try lure Norv Turner to the Browns as the offensive coordinator. I know many people think that Norv is an offensive guru and he might be but the guy is a loser. The guy was the most overrated head coach in the NFL. His talented teams underachieved under his leadership.

The Browns should publish a book detailing how to build an inept NFL team. The browns really know how to get things wrong. Browns fans were probably hoping that the Browns would make some big improvements this off season. Ha ha ha. This is the Browns we're talking about.

The Browns should name their team the Black and Blues for the bruises that this team sustains year after year. It's pretty sad. No matter what the team does it turns to sh*t and not gold. This team is in need of the Midas touch.

I might be wrong about this Rob fellow. To be honest with you I don't know much about him but when I learned about this hire my reaction was Rob Who? Another reaction was that Cleveland should change their names to the Frowns.
